Wikipedia gives 68 km to Multan without a source, so it is not in the table, and we found no official road distance to Lahore. The Mianwali–Muzaffargarh road and the road from Karam Dad Qureshi through Kot Addu to Layyah both serve the city (District Gazetteer 2019).

The nearest airport with regular flights is Multan International Airport. Dera Ghazi Khan airport is open, but flights depend on airlines' commercial decisions, and its runway is being extended to 3,000 m, due in December 2026 (ProPakistani, October 2025).
